You may not see what is left behind from your involvement with others. But because I give you everlasting principles that sustain heaven as well as earth, your influence will also be eternal. Each word or act in My name gives off cosmic energy that outlasts earthly time. Stay alert to what you say and do every day.

Prayer: Lord, I stand amazed that something I might say could last eternity. Let the Holy Spirit filter my mouth.

Simply refuse to criticize anyone. Pray instead. Keep your value of sensitive caring turned toward others. Let any tough-minded thoughts stay within yourself, but do not be too hard on yourself. Forgive at the point of your harshness and do not overly criticize.

Prayer: Forgive us Lord. It is too easy to pass judgment upon other people’s behavior and sometimes ourselves.

Go out today and do a specific act that only a genuine Christian would do.

Prayer: Lord, help me pay attention to do what you ask with any of my behaviors.

            The truth still remains that you can find thankfulness from any of your opposing experiences. But, I your Lord, also want you to trust happiness in Me. Life, light, nature and any experience with Me can give you joy. As you remind yourself to pray and work through Me, celebrate your relationships. Stop and feel. Give thanks for all the little unmentioned things.

Prayer: Thank you Lord, for family, friends and work that you send my way.

    If I, your Savior, show you a need, if I let you see it clearly, the ability to see it becomes the Spirit’s urging to take some action and meet the need. You may not meet every need, but work the one most clear. Discern the Spirit.

Prayer: I pray today you would help me see and meet someone’s need.

            Often, you wonder why I do not keep you feeling My presence all the time, every waking minute. Your flesh would burn up. I can only expose you to absolute purity for brief moments, only those amounts your spirit can accept and absorb. Even one like Moses had to hide his face from the people because My glory shined too bright after being with Me a length of time.

Prayer: Lord, teach me to handle your power and glory, one step at a time.

Rebellion Sept.26

Rebellion                                   Sept.26

            The kingdom bears its own fruit because it joins the proper soil. You are the soil. You are to become plowed anew, enriched and readied for the seed of the kingdom. I, your Savior, give the life energy to grow the fruit, but you have to be ready to receive the proper seed. If you rebel, you grow the weeds that take place in the good soil. Weeds wither and die. Only the kingdom-type plants endure forever.

Prayer: Lord, sometimes it is scary being the soil and knowing we get plowed up, but give us courage to allow the right seed.
