And the Spirit whispered:
"Because at times you may be tempted to quit because of what you left behind, keep moving forward, don’t look back. Press on toward your goals in Me. Keep trusting, you are guaranteed the prize."
Prayer: Oh, Holy Spirit, increase my strength to keep moving forward on your kingdom track.
A Consideration Oct.27
In the kingdom of heavenly Father, if not careful, an over abundant
prosperity can hinder your servant challenge, your humble beginnings. Blessed
are the poor in spirit partly means to abolish too much self-indulgence. Life
remains hard to be poor in spirit when too rich in the physical. Give some away
today to balance the physical and spiritual.
Prayer: Lord, help me be aware of who and what to
give away today.
Doubt’s Opposite Oct.28
Allow your faith, hope, and trust in Me arise and attack any doubt of
any specific limitation. Again, this is the time of year to surrender all that
does not check out with the hope of love I’ve given you. So, love your neighbor
as I have loved you.
Prayer: Lord I pray for a mature love, one that
thinks more of others.
And the Spirit said:
"In the beginning of your journey, your faith was often simple in that
you favored a kind of superstition. Heavenly Father still honors any childlike
faith, but it may be based on the fear of the unknown, so you may tend to trust
too much to something like magic. The problem with magic or sorcery is that at
the core, it has a false idea of causation. It centers on the thrill and
enchantment for salvation and results in misdirected thinking and attitude
toward the heavenly Father. The time has come to move that part of your
superstitious self to the full acceptance of pure Grace and Faith. Miracles may happen or not but pay close
attention to the small, unusual sights and sounds I send."
Prayer: Lord, I
do not want to trust in magical thinking, so help me accept the abiding
mysteries in any of your word.
And Jesus said:
"Since heavenly Father revealed Me as a person to the world and to you, the true path to Him flows through your personal experience. By asking and
listening, you can know me personally, not examining ideas through any
intellectual exercise. The Holy Spirit readily interprets. My partnership with
you as a special relationship with Me are the roads you travel to understand
who I am. Your experiences matter and need renewing often. Take a moment and ask what’s next."
Prayer: Holy
Father, I do pray you would cover all my experiences with your life-saving
Spirit and knowledge.
The Spirit said:
"With emotional commitment comes trust. Trust implies mostly feeling. So,
trust couches itself in the realm of emotions. Most reason gets abandoned when
trust must feel for issues, like hope, to form a reality. Trust moves promise
into actual present fulfillment. Trust in Me. Hope in Me. Then, live in Me.
Trust in your future, but give full participation for what still happens now.
Trust your faith. Faith your trust."
Prayer: Lord, I
admit: One of the hardest emotions to maintain faithful action remains with the
trust issue. Keep teaching me how.
Jesus reminded:
"I am the Architect. You are the builder. Do not reverse these. Build
your life through Me. Search and find My plan."
Prayer: Lord, I do want you to help me find the right
life plans and be able to read them correctly.
And the Spirit said:
"The amazing truth still exists: God, the Father, in all His wisdom and
knowledge - - -loves you. As the Father created Me, Jesus, you can recreate
yourself with me every day. The decisions you make may be eternity's treasures.
Even the angels rejoice at good choices."
Prayer: Lord, thank you for giving us every
opportunity to start new.
