When you
deliberately hide a negative and push it down, the subconscious captures it and
places it in the depths of your soul. What we call soul houses our willingness,
our decision-making issues. A selfish and stubborn Will tries to hide
other-centered attempts like honesty. Honesty becomes more difficult because that
issue stays buried and glossed over and hidden from the light. Often, we need
to ask the Holy Spirit to break through any block. . .like consumerism (Do I
really need that?) and give us light and reveal all while Jesus partners
with our spirit for conscious and subconscious healing. This
light-from-God-acceptance helps us start over. Nothing is beyond God’s
forgiveness except an unwillingness to accept His forgiveness. Start over
today!
Prayer: Lord,
help me be more self-honest because I know I hide nothing from you.
