No perfect world Dec.31

Holy Spirit said:

"If you had a perfect world, you would have no room for growth. I am growing the creation as it should become. Often, life exists like a school and not just time to spend any way you want. School means you look for and expect homework and perform your lessons as best you can. I remain your teacher. The Bible is your textbook. Learn your lessons. Pay attention and I will show you the way. Today’s lesson for a new year: Simplify your life. Get rid of the clutter."

Prayer: Lord, keep me alert to your everyday lessons and help me spend my resources on those things pleasing to you.

Risk Dec.30

Holy Spirit said:

"When you read in scripture the stories of the Prodigal son, Mary and Martha, the many workers of different talents, and the special occasion I told Peter not to worry about John’s business of growth, there remains a strong hint at the underlying factor motivating the kingdom and supernatural forces. Does inequality mean more with people in the kingdom principles? Not really. But the underlying principle for what seems inequality is the risk factor. The Father took the risk for loss for Me, his Son. The Father withstood the loss. I, the Son, withstood the loss. The supernatural order risks all for salvation. Risk often becomes the motivator for the kingdom principles. Risk means lose yourself and behave what seems to be impossible. Try to be God-risk motivated. The Father’s risks are never tricks but faith-based actions."

Prayer: Lord, help me to recognize the correct risks for the sake of the Kingdom.

Maintain a moment Dec.28

Holy Spirit reminded me:

"Any day that you can clarify a spiritual truth, means the day was not wasted. I do not expect you to keep carrying the full load of life. I will carry the load. You just handle the small moments of a day, and then give the entire load to Me. My accepted burden makes your burden light."

Prayer: Lord, I am so grateful you share our burdens, even when we do not recognize the truth of what is really happening.

Reassurance Day Dec.26

And Jesus said:

"After the special day of the 25th, your life may seem off track just because you do not “feel” Me. But other signs, internal or external, may show you remain My follower. For instance, you may use intelligence or some unselfish act to display an expression as my disciple. Any act of mercy demonstrates Me. Some small move toward kindness expresses My love. Persist in the belief I am with you, no matter what you’re feeling at the moment. Faith comes by trust not just some feeling. Whatever happens around you in circumstance, even if a bad feeling, trust Me."

Prayer: Thank you for reminding us you were born on a special earth day and everyday can be special.

God's Will Dec.20

Jesus answered:   

  "If you begin your day with large interests and then try to come closer to Me, you will find this proves too hard. Choose Holy Spirit closeness first. I do not want you grudgingly accepting My will. Start each day desiring more love, not forcing My will. Move to the inner circle of My love with the small interests by letting Me be first in every decision. I will expand what you need later. I don’t want you to do one thing or just feel one thing, I want you to experience a sense of belonging for all times, the easy and the hard."

Prayer: Lord, thank you for letting us turn all our decisions to you first before action.

One Way to Pray Dec.17

The Spirit said:

"Continue to pray to overcome the weak points in your life that cause you jealousy, envy, or strife. You do not need to spend so much time praying to overcome negative people or situations. Give them to Me. Trust Me to handle them. I am still in control. Just look to yourself and make sure the negative people don’t cause your weak points to emerge. Stay walking in the kingdom principles."

Prayer: Lord, help me today, to appreciate those who seem to prosper, whether I do or not.

Which Voice Speaks ? Dec.15

And the Spirit said:

"You are always wondering which voice speaks to you. You say, “Is this or that of God? How do I know for sure?” There remains a constant test to know if I am asking something of you instead of the negative forces. Ask yourself: Will what I’m about to say or do glorify the Father? If the answer is “no” or “I don’t know” wait until you can answer “yes.” I help you combine spiritual thoughts and words with the material to arrive as a partner with the Holy Spirit. If something you’re about to do doesn’t honor the Father, you may not need to give it up, but rather, work to turn it into God’s glory. If that can’t be done, then give it up. Your main goal is to move everything you think and do into glorifying the Father."

Prayer: Lord, show me how to test the spirits by depending on your Spirit.

Surrender Doubt Dec.14

The Spirit said:

"This becomes the time of year to give up all that does not line up with the law of love I give you. Expel doubt from your thinking. Love all your neighbors. Expressions of love can be different. You do not have to love their actions. Love their potential in Me. In Mt. 5:48 I said, “be therefore perfect.” I was referring to perfect in my love, not just love expressions. Allow your faith in Me to rise and question any limitation that tries to move you away from Kingdom love."

    Prayer: Lord, remove doubt and help me today to love those that are hard to love.

Stuck Dec.11

And the Word came:

"Just because something was done a certain way in the past does not mean it must duplicate itself the very same way in the present. Don’t let your worship of Christ become such a habit that you overlook what may happen now in the modern world. Technology continues to change many things. I may not change the center of My love, but circumstances continue to change. Expressions of love do change. Move with the flow but keep God at your center."

Prayer: Lord, I don’t want to misread any world changes or be stagnated in any attempts at worship.

The Grand Purpose Dec.10

And the Spirit said:

"Look around you. Your surroundings, your circumstances, Nature and the whole universe maintain intention and value. Certain values remain constant and important, like new life and growth. What kind of universe would let all your trials and struggles mean nothing at your end? Can death just wipe all away? For some, it might seem so. But death cannot exhaust the Father’s love. He will not let your life become a mockery. You have immortality choice in Christ. You will live on and grow. Take comfort in your present purpose. Know God’s intention will never be in vain because it continues. Christ’s way is your valid eternal purpose."

Prayer: Lord, thank you for reminding me that through your Son’s love, you gave me worth and purpose.

No Guidance Dec.8

And Jesus said:

"If you feel 98% no guidance from Me and only 2% direction, follow the 2% because that remains better for you than operating on the larger amount without Me. If you feel NO guidance, then listen to the silence because often I am leading in what seems the non-guidance. Faith and trust become the goals of intention."

Prayer: Lord, help me to act on the smallest amount of belief in you and the kingdom.

Clear Truth Dec.7

The Spirit said:

"The whole universe stands behind truth. You do not have to justify, make confusing rules, or complicate truth. You have to complicate lying, lie after lie, to cover any sham or pretense. But truth stands alone and verifies itself. Let your “yes” become “yes” and your “no” become “no.” In love, tell the truth to each other."

Prayer: Thank you Lord, for reminding me that all truth comes from your essence.

Miracles Dec.6

Gal. 5:24

My words:

When we accept Jesus as Savior, His Holy Spirit starts to grow in us an ethical intelligence, the potential to know right from wrong.

So, in this growth process, the Holy Spirit guides us just so far and then turns us over to our own moral and spiritual intelligent thinking.

If we expect miracles in everything, we weaken that intelligence because if many miracles would happen, we would start thinking God’s way was some kind of magic.

Faith is God’s way. Magic robs faith.

If God does a miracle, we must not glorify the result, but glorify the One who makes it possible for reasons we may not yet understand. Even a miracle needs to increase the right faith.

Prayer: Lord, help us pay attention to any spiritual intelligence you give us.

The Way Dec.4

Jesus said:

"All around you vibrates the heavenly Father’s Way. So, it is not, “where there’s a will, there’s a way.” It is rather, “where remains God’s Way, there is a will.” All of creation ripples with the effects of God’s way. Look for it. Allow His will to become your willingness. Your willingness houses your decisions. The Father is reclaiming His creation as He grows people."

Prayer: Lord, help that part of me that wills decisions to filter all through your plan.

Extravagance Dec.4

One day Jesus said:

"You must understand I do not condemn extravagance as long as it is extravagant love for Me, extravagant joy, giving, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control, and mercy. If you must err, then err on the side of extravagant generosity."

Prayer: Lord, help me to understand if I take from life at some point, I need to put back.

Affirm the day Dec.3

Jesus reminds us:

"The future possesses hidden treasures, couched in eternity. Still, your daily issues continue to be guided by your Heavenly Father. You chose your daily battles, but continue to lean on Me. The Holy Spirit is within."

Prayer: Lord, help me know which battles to enter and which to avoid.
