AND THE SPIRIT REMINDED:
"Surrender your divided self into My hands and make certain that what
you accept can encourage you with kingdom principles. Any appeal to your energy
needs to call out your best potential. If some issue only brings out the worst
in you, it is not of Me. The Father’s Will promotes the best in you."
Prayer: Lord,
help me know the difference between selfish non-best and legitimate
self-interest toward the best.
The Word came:
"You may not see
what is left behind from your involvement with others. But because I give you
everlasting principles that sustain heaven as well as earth, your influence
will also be eternal. Each word or act in heavenly Father's name can give off cosmic energy
that outlasts earthly time. Stay alert to what you say and do every day."
Prayer: Lord, I stand amazed that something I might
say could last eternity. Let the Holy Spirit filter my mouth.
"The truth remains that you can find
thankfulness from any of your opposing experiences. And I your Lord, also want
you to trust happiness in Me. Life, light, nature, and any experience with Me
can give you joy. As you remind yourself to pray and work through Me, celebrate
your experiences and relationships. Stop and feel. Give thanks for all the little unmentioned
things."
Prayer: Thank you Lord, for family, friends, and
work that you send my way or any mundane task to be done.
And the Spirit said:
"You cannot reason away some
emotions. You must learn to trade the bad emotion for a better one. For
instance, perform conscious effort and trade your anger for love. Say to yourself daily, 'I trade my anger for
Holy Spirit love.' Let the emotional and chemical quality of love help neutralize
and renegotiate anger. I, the Lord, will help turn negative anger into the
energy of redeeming love. Pray now and daily make the trade."
Prayer: Lord, help me to know your love in practical
ways and to be willing to trade any negative feeling for your unselfish love.
"I, the Lord of All the universe, want you to experience joy each day. No matter what circumstances prevail. How? You may ask. Let your expectations be defined by My possibilities. I send opportunities every day. Look for and expect My little surprises each day you live and know that you live eternity even now."
Prayer: Help me today stay open to the kingdom possibilities and not let negative circumstances rule.
And the Spirit said:
"Beware of
becoming inefficient from over activity of what others may think goodwill. They can rob you of your
time with Me. In My name, pray and then say NO if needed. Although you do not
see one of My challenges, remember, your significant quest remains your own
growth. Causes for others need to be legitimate in My name. Keep seeking My
spiritual insights."
Prayer: Keep me, Lord, seeking the right things for the kingdom’s sake.
"Remember, no day is totally wasted when
you have even been a minor part in enhancing heavenly Kingdom on earth, such as a
word spoken, a spiritual truth discovered, or a simple deed done. Results are
My domain. Logic of it all may remain My mystery. Connections are My concern.
Just stay alert and LIVE aware as part of the linking. Trust I still know what
I’m doing."
Prayer: Thank
you, Lord for the Kingdom connections now and not just in the future.
Holy Spirit confided to me:
"Events will
happen when people hurt you, misuse you, and treat you unkindly. In My scripture word I
said that when others do not receive you well, you may shake the dust from your
feet and move on. I did not mean you should ignore them or forgive them only
partially. I mean do not let the dust of
others cling to you in some form of unforgiveness. Turn your hurt and will over
to God and do whatever it takes to experience true forgiveness. Lay it at My
feet, forgive completely, and then move on."
Prayer: Lord, help us remember we do not have to forgive
all behavior of others. Help us learn to just forgive them as flawed humans.
Holy Spirit reminded:
"You may have occasions when your faith
wavers, meaning you start to rely on worldly principles or possessions to get
you through challenges. During those seasons, you may be able to draw upon your
resources, such as money, family, or friendship to solve some difficulty. This
may not be wrong, but even when other resources seem exhausted, seek your
special place; try to relax your mind and ask Me to remember who you are.
Depend on Me to see you through any of your incidents of doubt. My joining your
faith can move anything that seems like a mountain. Hold onto faith and not
fear."
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for giving us
your Son and for giving us faith to accept your word.
Holy Spirit reminded:
Prayer: Lord, help us with our thinking today, that
our thoughts lead to your kingdom growth.
And the Lord whispered:
"It takes time for a piece of rough
mineral to become a precious, cut stone. Any small element, like a seed or child,
may start as an insignificant mass and still yield a beautiful result. Wait
long enough and you also will reach your potential. But for now, keep patiently
struggling with your growth. Practice waiting in Me."
Prayer: Lord, work close with me, help me endure
your smoothing the rough edges to become all you intend.
And the Lord said:
"Prayer should not remain an
occasional, leisure-time activity. It is much more than ritual. It is life
energy. Prayer should be so much a part of you that it wells up from within
when you least expect it. Make a conscious effort to pray, "' Heavenly Father, remind me to pray and help me know
Christ in all His purposes and to love those more than I love my own desires.'"
Repeat the prayer three times a
day and soon, prayer will become deeply buried and imprinted in your soul and consciousness. It
will rise again when needed.
Prayer: Father, help me to know your voice and your
impressions in my prayer life.
