The unseen God Jehovah sent the seen Jesus, His Son, for our salvation.

April 24 Waiting

If we are fully following Jesus, we may have to wait for the months and years to speak against the hours. [Luke 12:11-12]

Possessions April 23, 2020

God's eternal love gives us everything, so we can choose to possess nothing in this life but His forgiveness.

Time April 12

If you measure my earthly years, I'm still a toddler. If you measure my heavenly blessings, I'm 328 years old.

Compassion April 11, 2020

If we are to receive compassion, the effort is like a boomerang; we throw it out there and it returns but maybe a different route. So for something to reach a heart, it must come from the heart. [Acts 8:25]

Does love hurt? April 4

 My prayer: 
"Lord, I am concerned and some fearful today to understand that when we love someone, we give them the power to hurt us because our compassion gets turned on. Is this part of what you did in Jesus? Love does indeed cost. But, the right kind is worth it."
