March 31 One Thought of Heaven

For those who make heaven: What if we begin the heavenly journey with how and what we leave off our growth from earth? So, eternity would allow for continued growth as to how much capacity we could obtain from the joy of being with Christ. No other person would even know another’s capacity so no reward status would matter. One’s character capacity would then measure the amount of joy and reward enough to last eternity. The quality of being made in God’s image would just grow toward perfect love forever.

Perhaps that is what Apostle Paul meant with Colossians 1: 9.

March 30 Evil creates good?

Evil never creates good. Evil [‘live’ backwards] may create a situation that God can produce good out of the circumstances. But it is not God’s intentional will for evil to thrive. [2 Cor. 5:19]

Reality March28

Could unreality really have created the ultimate reality Jesus? I don't think so because unreality focuses on self-centered behavior for survival's sake. Ultimate reality can be totally other-centered.

March 24 Who wins?

Hate is destruction. God’s love is construction.

March 13 A Holy Tension.

Jesus was self-renouncing: “He emptied himself.”

He was self-asserting: “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.”

He held both dynamics, at the same time, with no contradiction.

Possessions March 11

God doesn't limit our possessions in order to curb our pride. He dishes out Grace after Grace instead because He respects a cheerful giver.  [John 1:16].

Christ centered March 10

If you are centered in Christ, your true power is passion plus personality laced with potential.

March 7 Survival?

Our survival response for Self preservation labors to defend against any invasion of self-interest. How do we keep from being too self-centered? The struggle requires someone greater and outside of ourselves. This is why we need a true Savior, Jesus.

An authentic Christian is an unfolding all, following Jesus, in the making.
