And the Spirit said:
"Any day that you can clarify a spiritual truth, means the day was not
wasted. I, the Lord, do not expect you to keep carrying the full load of life. I will
carry the load. You just handle the small moments of a day, and then give the
entire load to Me. My accepted burden makes your burden light."
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I
am so grateful you share our burdens, even when we do not recognize what is
really happening.
The Holy Spirit encouraged:
"If you feel 98% no guidance from Me and only 2% direction, follow the
2% because that remains better for you than operating on the larger amount
without Me. If you feel NO guidance, then listen to the silence because often I
am leading in what seems the non-guidance. Faith and trust become the goals of
intention."
Prayer: Lord,
help me to act on the smallest amount of belief in you and the kingdom, no
matter what.
Holy Spirit said:
"The right word, clearly spoken on My
behalf, is usually a good thing. But, today, listen someone into forgiveness, allow
clarification; even listen someone into health. Listen beneath to see their
pain, their anguish, their frustration, all their underneath meanings without
you trying to give any answer or correct.
Let them know you really do hear. Hearing them does not automatically mean consent. Hear them in the name of your listening Lord."
Prayer: Lord, in our better moments, we admit our tongue is too busy.
Help us remain steady hearers of others.
THE Holy Spirit taught:
"The relationship you have with the Holy Trinity remains like a choir that grows to reach harmony. You experience crisis and continuity because you
initially formed a connection with Me. But the process of growing keeps going
on and on. You give away part of yourself each day and seek Holy Spirit balance
of the physical and spiritual. You are a part of kingdom of heaven which thrives
on continual growth. You will not stop learning and developing when you pass
from the earthly realm because a certain maturity continues throughout
eternity."
Prayer: Lord, thank you
for the idea we keep discovering new things even after our bodies move through
death to another realm.
And Spirit said:
“'Blessed are the pure in heart' (Mt.5:8) promotes
maintaining right relationships because those seeking heart purity are kind.
One essential quality of this shows awareness of consistent loyalty to kingdom
circumstances. Be more concerned about your opportunities to relate than your
efforts to acquire things that make you comfortable."
Prayer: Lord, sometimes it’s hard, but help me put
relationships first.
The Spirit reminded:
"Any grace and mercy you plant during the bad times can blossom as good
seed planted for others to harvest even when you are gone."
Prayer: Lord, help me
direct my actions so any seed I plant can help grow your kingdom.
And the Spirit said:
"When the scripture said for you to be perfect, even as My Father in heaven is
perfect, notice the verses before which dealt with love. So, strive for
perfection in your love. Love those that misuse you, those that misunderstand
you, love your enemies. Love Me. Through Me your love may be perfect even if
your experiences and expressions of that love are not yet perfect. Don’t wait
for a love emotion. Choose My love thought. Remember, the Christ-like character
you grow is on-going, not just a state of being. You continue a magnificent
work in progress."
Prayer: Father, thank you for your astonishing love
you share with us.
And the Spirit reminded:
"With emotional commitment comes trust. Trust implies mostly feeling. So,
trust couches itself in the realm of emotions. Most reason gets abandoned when
trust must feel for issues, like hope, in order to form a reality. Trust moves
promise into actual present fulfillment. Trust in Me. Hope in Me. Then, live in
Me. Trust in your future, but give full participation for what still happens
now in heavenly Father's kingdom. Trust your faith. Faith your trust."
Prayer: Lord, I
admit: One of the hardest emotions to maintain faithful action remains with the
trust issue. Keep teaching me how.
And Jesus whispered:
"Continually,
unseen forces pass through you, like ultra-violet rays. Heavenly Father may not
need your body to connect with your mind, but He does want your senses to
connect with Him. If you were to lose your consciousness, but maintain
something like compassion, the Spirit could still interpret without your help.
The Holy Spirit hears your unintelligent mumblings. There are more things
passing through you that you do not register than you realize. My Spirit helps
you go beyond your limitations. Since it is true that you are more than you
think, feel, believe, and behave in Me, then you are valued much more than you
think you are."
Prayer: Holy Father, thank you for seeing worth in
us through your Son.
And the Spirit said:
"Your appetite follows from your essence, who you really are. Sin is
your nature and clings to the essence of you and sins are the results that
become the appetites. For instance, if you are a thief at heart, you'll have an insatiable
need to steal something. It takes the power of the Holy Spirit to change your
nature and thus change appetite. I did not take away your appetites, but I am
changing them to move toward heavenly Father. The greatest appetite of all
vibrates Love."
Prayer: Thank
you, Lord, for that part of me hungering for your word.
And Jesus reminded:
"I have said I would not allow you to be tempted beyond your endurance,
but with it, will come a way of escape. However, sometimes you may not see an
immediate way out, but I am there just the same. The working out of any problem
becomes much like healing. At times, healing comes instantaneously. Others must
go through a process which may mean doctor involvement or other systems of
health. Just as the angel could not come to help in war because he was busy in
another place, I use your earthly time for the Holy Spirit to arrive at the
proper connections. All things DO join together in Me. Trust I am working even
when you feel abandoned."
Prayer: Lord,
help me trust your connections, even when I cannot see your overall picture.
