The Lord Holy
Spirit, flows through you, washing away the negative past, like fresh rain
cleansing the surface of a road. Let the flow happen. Avoid soul blockage of
past shame, regret, or guilt. All stays forgiven since you asked.
Prayer: Lord, thank you for your
forgiveness for the past and present.
Trust heavenly
Father for everything . . . not just some of the religious things.
Doesn’t a good
parent make good ways for a child? Doesn’t a concerned parent give any concern,
food, clothing, and shelter? Heavenly Father designed help through Jesus.
He remains an all-knowing partner through all decisions. His love gives all.
Learn to accept the gift.
Holy Father
improves quality of life, even your finances, when you direct all your
resources [including emotions] into understanding His gift economy. That
economy gives not to receive, but spreads enrichment because it is a gift. Work
to arrange your finances so you can give unreservedly. Your motivation is not
who deserves but holy Father’s generous nature growing in all you do.
Prayer: Lord, thank you for all that comes from you.
Stop and hear God’s
word. Occupy yourself in his words, for
they
create power to put into
action what they say. “And lo, I am with you
always.”
Make Jesus real
while working any task. How do you make him real? Talk to him daily in your
self-talk. Discuss with him every little detail, no matter how ordinary it may
seem. Live his presence along with any daily task. Use your faith and KNOW The
Holy Spirit stays your constant friend, always with you. He will help you with
any work necessary.
Prayer: Lord, thank you for the constant guide of the Holy Spirit.
Because Jesus is a
real person, he will help carry any load for you. You do not have to be the
person who struggles alone. If you carry all your load by yourself ,you will
become weary and will lack energy for good humor. When trying to bear burdens
alone… a tree, a flower, a bird---all become just obstacles in your path. You
will miss the beauty all around because of being tired and burdened.
When you turn to Christ
to help bear your burdens, then a tree reminds life of resurrection, a flower
becomes the color of divine creative goodness, a bird produces the music of
God’s creation.
Give attention to
the given Holy Spirit to walk alongside you in everything, and all of life
becomes generous beauty.
Prayer: Lord, thank you for reminding me to take pleasure in all the little
things of your creation.
No other religion
or celebration claims truth of the unlimited Grace the heavenly Father gives to
any who would receive. Pride sneaks in to take its place whenever you start to
feel heavenly Father’s Grace draining away from you. Accept His word that His
graciousness is always available even when not recognized. Let the enrichment
of His Grace warm you inside like sun on your face. You must trust.
Prayer: Thank you, Lord, for without your Grace,
we would be totally lost.
Think about the
parable of the Sower in Mt. 13. Visualize some plowed dirt. Seeds fell in
shallow dirt; the birds ate the seed. There are also rocky places holding
shallow amounts of soil to catch a few seed. Some seed fell among thorn bushes,
which choked out the good plants. But then some seed fell among rich fertile
soil where good crops were produced. You need to ask: What makes the difference
in the condition of the soil?
The Holy Spirit gives Faith (strength), Love (joy and laughter),
and Peace (openness) to plough and cultivate the soil-path for the way
you live your life. . . You help cultivate your own soil.
Prayer: Lord, may I create the right soil for even one good plant.
If while in
heaven, you had the chance to tell each angel a story of your good experiences
and each would hear it as new and each angel could feel the experience, would
you be able to share events that showed your best potential in Christ? Would
those episodes prove worthy in eternity? What if you could see all the
connections?
Prayer: Lord, help me to think less of past experiences and move forward
by setting my mind upon what I can become for the kingdom.
Any work to which
the Heavenly Father commits Himself will be empowered by His glory. Glory means He remains in a magnificent
first place. Any work needs to answer the question: Does some work follow
glory to heavenly Father or just to individuals only? There often exists a divine principle: The
greater a work’s true value to Jehovah, the less human recognition there will
be. Any work becoming effective in the divine purpose must be conceived by the
Holy Spirit who stabilizes the existence of Jesus, the Son… See the everlasting
word in Eph.1: 11.
Prayer: Lord, help us remember to try our best efforts to stay in your
glory which can honor your Son in any of our personal works.
Because of your
earthly, linear time that continues straight ahead, whether backward or forward,
many prayerful desires or requests seem to linger by delays without answer. If
your concerns diminish by delay or lose specific momentum, they may have
entered a different time frame like that of heavenly Father or not have been according
to the will of God in the first place. Heavenly values are not disregarded by your
misdirection.
Prayer: Lord thank you for
reminding me our time is not the same as your heavenly existence and time.
Increase our patience.
Sometimes you
hunger for an alone time, a time to float, collect yourself, silence internal
thinking, internal noise of your everyday strivings. At other times, you wish
for like-minded souls with whom you can relate and identify, those who create
feelings of togetherness and community. When you have too much solitude, you yearn
for community. When too much community exists, you thirst for some time alone.
For your soul’s best stability, try to create a contentment by focusing on a
deliberate balance. You choose the adjustments for helpful balance, but you are
not alone.
Prayer: Lord, through every day given, help me
harmonize solitude and community.
Some believe that good
angels have no need for praying. And yet, they exist in a constant state of
what you call meditation and attitude of prayer, for their complete will is to
serve Christ and the Trinity, with any action that helps God’s creation,
including humans. They may not have breath like you, but you should pray like
you breathe. It’s done best when you set aside your personal will. Prayer is not
just talking to Jesus but speaking and feeling Jesus as a friend.
Prayer: Lord, help me with the will for the right constant praying.
Heaven is filled with
angels and Christ followers with new songs. Stretch your spiritual ears to hear
the harmony of the chorus. How? Do some action to shut off the physical senses
and truly listen with your spirit essence. The music extends to your world in
the spiritual realm. Heavenly Father wants you to hear the love, joy, and peace
of heaven. Holy Spirit surrounds you with it while you’re on earth!
Prayer: Lord, help me slow down and listen more deeply today, with my
spiritual heart, in conversation with you.
Jehovah, our heavenly Father, the great Creator stays interested
in forward movement. His is the forward AMEN, the YES of life. When spending
life, we have three choices: live backward, live status quo, or move forward.
Backward means dwelling on past accomplishments or failures. THOSE ARE GONE. Status quo sinks
in the present and goes nowhere. (Sometimes God will allow us certain sideways,
lateral moves in status quo, but only so many.) Forward movement is needed and means making
decisions about our present and future by interpreting solid Christian growth
with a newer adventure, like striving for a new potential not based on
circumstances. We are to seek spiritual renewal, spirit enrichment, or even just
honoring God with every effort. The Holy Spirit wants to stretch your otherwise
earthbound spirit into the best heavenly encouragement.
Prayer: Lord, I know the present is yesterday’s future. I don't want to be stuck. Help me pay
attention to the process and move forward in your kingdom goals.
With every
physical condition, there exists a spiritual meaning backing it. Gen.1:1 and 2:1 promote that Creation came
from nothing. Spiritual energy somehow issues from heavenly Father and He is
not created. Heb.11:3. Everything made has come from the invisible. What
does this have to do with us?
We live in a
processed world; that is, everything gets, measured, evaluated, and processed
for its worth. How you view truth becomes extremely important as an everyday
guide. Here are two basic aspects of truth:
First, the physical occurs, for example, a computer program. Second, behind the actual physical result,
the idea of writing the program happens. Millions of ideas and
principles flood our world each day. You
are to grab hold of these and find channels to translate them properly into
your world. Our task includes making the
intangible become tangible---the invisible become visible. Heavenly Father’s
creative genius is in us. His Word strengthens our journey for our own
creations to travel and give Him glory.
My Prayer: Lord, help me today recognize and honor your name with any ideas.
How can you keep going when you’re so tired?
There remains an answer. You have the power of the plus-factor
from the grace of God. His limitless grace empowers you with Holy Spirit and
gives you faith and energy reserve for your need to endure, get better, and
reach some new potential for Him. The Holy Spirit provides the reserve for the
asking.
Prayer: Lord, I ask today, help me recognize any stored energy you give and
use that stored energy to further your kingdom.
Can all your
mistakes really be forgiven, somehow taken care of sufficiently?
The scripture reveals the forever truth---unconditional love and
forgiveness remain the central core of heavenly Father. He does not just DO
love…He remains love all the time. In this, freedom follows a remarkable
energy. Any given day you can start over with fresh anticipation. The Holy Spirit is with you.
Prayer: Lord, help me move beyond any of my past or present mistakes.
Some ask what hides behind the universe. What’s it all about? Did historical
people like Apostle Paul keep secrets we don’t know?
The heavenly
Father reminds us:
“I Am the I Am behind the
cosmos. I Am a non-created Being who watches you (the created) with complete
attention. I do not leave you in darkness but deliver light of insight from the
Heavenly word given to you. Son Jesus speaks.”
“. . . stewards of the
mysteries of God” [1Cor.4:1]
Prayer: Lord, thank you for giving us your Son, your word, and answering the
major questions, if we but seek.
“All things cohere in Him...” Col. 1:17
Believe that Jesus
can be the source and partner with you
at all times. Open recognition of his presence
grows spiritual reserve. Every practical action can be a praise to heavenly
Father‘s name. Your breathing, eating, essence, and your actions---all can
serve as conscious acts of praise and honor to His name. Start each new day
with remembering that the Christ, stays honored by the little things as well as
the large. Your attitude and ability, to rest in him, grows as you stay aware and
practice. Pay attention to heavenly
Presence in small issues and you will hear Holy Spirit more often in the large.
Prayer: Thank you Lord, for standing with me and
taking my place about those things I cannot handle alone. I praise your name in
everything, especially for loving me unconditionally.
One secret in the Christian’s
way of life stays rooted in a magnificent quest. You can daily review, re-evaluate, and renegotiate
the revealed strategy of heavenly Father. The quest revitalizes body and soul.
What is the secret
of what God is doing? It is only a
secret to confound the proud and unbelieving.
For you who search for real truth, God’s strategy becomes abundantly available:
He birthed a full world; He birthed a physical Son; He continues now birthing a
new earth and a group of people who accept His Son. This new line of birth has a special
redemptive view of this planet, the universe, and infinity. All things are made new in the Son Christ.
The new people are called Christian, Christ followers, and as a part of this
fellowship of concern, you are to learn to out-think, out-love, out-suffer,
out-perform, those who do not know the Christ.
For you have the plus factor of the Holy Spirit to help you
become a demonstration to a lost and hurting world. No other earthly challenge
presents itself great enough to command all your potential. Christ
alone can do that.
Prayer: Lord, thank you for helping
me be a part of your new people.
A universal law
suggests if you see one thing, you tend to want to copy it OR produce something else. It
is a law of renewal that follows your whole-body existence. You are made in
heavenly Father’s image and like to create things. How you see life molds your present and
future. So, as a person perceives, so establishes beingness. Natural seeing is different for each
person. One person may drive to town,
see road signs and businesses. Another drives to town, sees new green grass or
scrub trees. They both get to town with a different view of what the world
looks like. So, when God says, ‘have
eyes to see’ he’s talking about another kind of seeing, a view that has
spiritual-love content, flavored with a Christ-mind. What is that flavor? It has the main quality of Salt and Light,
absorption and penetration. You must look beneath the obvious and see unlimited
spirit at work. In this striving to see
“more than”, you will get glimpses of heavenly design to overcome
circumstances.
Prayer: Lord, grant me eyes to see and ears to hear your Spirit desires
in all things.
Accountability
is not a harsh word. To keep you answerable is like a good parent care for a
child, lovingly with only the best in mind. Christ is not only with you in
spirit; Holy Spirit stands within you through all your experiences. Keep
practicing the principle of Divine Involvement. For instance, to care for the
needy in thought only, without an active remedy is only a partial growth.
Thinking is good but may be empty if only alone. Ideas need good character and
action with them. Where the dynamic of your concern goes, you must go with
specific action. Remember this when thinking of your own needs and the needs of
others.
So, even during a
negative trial or an outstanding joy, heavenly Father will supply all
your need, not reluctantly, but with abundance. Pay attention!
Prayer: Thank you, Lord, for
staying with us through all of life.
Heavenly
Father: A family member needs you today. Move into their pain. Show them the
truth you do exist. Show them in such a way that they cannot ignore your love.
Give them light so tenderly it cannot be avoided. Fill any emptiness with your
mercy, grace, and forgiveness. Give assurance that recognizing you removes
fear, failure, or anger. Let them see that the one called Jesus is indeed your
Son.
Thank
you for the personal connection you give, regardless of our not having eyes enough to
see.
Heavenly Father’s
kingdom, the kingdom of Christ breathes within you. One motivation is to
work to create a true self. So, in one sense, the more you discover your true
self, the more you give opportunity to experience the kingdom. The false self,
the one that wants only what it wants, is still with you. You must nail it to a
cross daily, operating more on service to others, which can help you try your
best to respond with total honesty. Honesty does not mean you have to tell all
your weaknesses to the public. Choose to tell the truth whenever an opportunity
arises and let the true self grow.
Prayer: Especially
today, Lord, help me know the difference between the true self and the false.
A person who lives like salvation can be earned
stays misguided compared to a life who knows the thrill of a granted acceptance
by heavenly Father. He has made you sons and daughters through Christ. He
is your Way. This is motivation to worship Jesus in spirit and truth he
gives. The reality of adoption is an unbreakable truth. He paid for your sins
on the Cross. You owe him nothing but your self-will. Let go…Let your spirit
have the joy of what He has done. You do not have to earn any favor. Joy comes
through acceptance and praise that heavenly Father’s Grace remains.
Prayer: Lord, thank you again and again, I am reborn
into your Kingdom and have become your adopted child.
Grief that makes you feel negative human guilt is
not of God. Negative guilt wants punishment. It wants you to pay. So you pay
the wrong way through feeling worthless. Any kind of worldly grief or guilt
produces a path to death, your enemy. You can grieve the passing of a loved one
or for any other unjust issue in the world but let your hurt remain in faith to
Christ who has the final power over pain and death. If you grieve as Holy
Father wills it, like mourning for another’s hurt along with your hurt, then it
is all right because that grief can lead to the kind of spiritual strength that
helps any physical healing process.
Prayer: Lord, thank you that you remain the major
Comforter for any heartache, anytime we pay attention to your forgiveness and
Grace.
Eros is the kind of love that wants something back because it has conditions, “I’ll do this, if you’ll do that” so it tends to create a kind of knowledge that is only acceptable to itself. But that limited knowledge alone tends to elevate pride too much. So the result may be too much self-love. There is another love. Agape love, Heavenly Father’s love, unconditional, builds up other-centered motives. Pay close attention to those who want you to love something. Any temporary system, thing, or individual that becomes an obsession can become an idol, when it tries to claim and set up absolute truth for the self alone. To avoid idol making, let the Holy Spirit show you the only absolute in your thinking: Jesus, the ultimate, unchanging reality/love.
Prayer: Lord, please show me knowledge of your
kind of love every minute and keep my faith strong in the events of your
kingdom.
EVERYTHING------Yes, everything
was made for the glory of the Father. With His Son he somehow shared all things….
Creation/universe, souls, the very essence of humanity. He is the Way. He IS
the way of Art, Nature, Beauty, right behavior. He is life continuing. All
things, even the smallest act, can glorify heavenly Father. In Him, all things
hold together. Chaos tries to reign by misdirection with false definitions and
false pleasure of this world. His correct Grace and Glory hold us together. He
is the heavenly NOW. “Although you walk through the shadow of death…”
Prayer: Thank you, Lord, for your
Grace of forgiveness and the beauty you send if we just look.
In scripture,
Jesus said that He would be with you always because the Holy Spirit stays within
you. Holy Spirit may ‘back off’ when things happen like an unloving act. He
wants to bring love and joy, drive out impatience, give you peace when you lack peace, remind
you when forgetting kindness because of pride, when making faithless decisions,
when you push justice without mercy, when you are out of control. Even in all
of those and more, He is still with you, waiting to join your struggles. Your own awareness brings recognition of Holy
Spirit togetherness. Your own nature condemns, not God. Your worthiness is not
the issue. Accepting God’s forgiving presence is. Your alertness-power still rests
in your consent.
Prayer: Lord, keep me alert to your
path and forgive my impatient avoidance.
Remember, the whole realm
of heavenly Father’s kingdom upholds better values than the lesser earth-bound
conditions. Values express what are worthy
to follow. The motivation of God’s kingdom remains complete order,
complete honesty, complete resources, complete service, complete forgiveness
and complete success, all at the same time. There are no errors or mistakes like
what happens with earthly failures. Right doing and mercy vibrate in equal
amounts continually. Your earthly mind can only imagine some of the wholeness
of the kingdom, but it is still available for you to discover. Perfect love
stays available to you as naturally as a soothing drink after a dry throat.
Prayer: Lord, help me see today
the importance of your perfect love in all things.
When you are instructed to pay more attention to scripture, Holy Spirit is saying enter a different thinking than just intellectual, human reasoning. Develop your spirit's consciousness, that part of you that has accepted God’s Grace and His unlimited energy of being everywhere and everywhen at the same time. God may not just come to you in some human form that one of your senses usually detects. God’s realm stays spirit led. Holy Spirit creates a bridge between God’s realm and your physical dimension. Your spirit essence can grasp the Holy Spirit, journey on the bridge, when you allow the blending to happen. Just ask. God is never reluctant to give when you can receive. Establish a quiet moment and place, rest your mind from talking. If needed watch a child, a tree, a bird, a painting, a flower, a sunset. Let your body go limp and you can make yourself ready to listen. When you are receiving, God is sending.
Prayer: Oh Lord, help me today, not
to argue. Please help me shut off the self-talk enough to really hear your
message in my spirit.
Often, you need to
listen more carefully. Remember the story of Babel in the Bible? When people
quit turning to heavenly Father, they invented a plan that their words could
solve life. Babel found too much shelter in human words. They wanted safety in
a united language. Words are powerful, but they are not the last resort. They
may climb high but not as high as solid closeness with Jesus. Be still and
HEAR God’s words. Do not force your speech by not remembering God’s word.
When you and Christ walk together as friends, you do not have to worry about what
happens next. Your actions can flow along with Holy Spirit.
Prayer: Lord, help me follow only
your word to use wisely.
Pay close attention:
Grace is heavenly
Father’s presence always in motion. One main work is His understanding. He
personally loved you when you did not know to seek Him. Scripture calls it
reconciliation. He still searches for you and waits in your blind spots. By
Grace, through your faith, you are being saved.
Grace remains a special gift you have received. His Grace is available
to you. In fact, you may have an abundance for any good deed. What is it that
stops Grace? A root of bitterness can sneak in and defile. Pride is a result of bitterness and tends to
cause the beginnings of ill-will which blocks Grace. Hard feelings appear. The
hostility of ill-will corrodes and leads to hate. Make sure bitterness does not
have a chance to block Grace. Humility directs the road to Grace. Humble
yourself through forgiveness and service, even to those who do not deserve
anything. Holy Father has promised that Grace will work in and through you. But
you must also do your part. He keeps His promises. Keep yours!
Prayer: Lord, help me keep the
heart of a servant. Every day, please rework pride, that can hurt others, into
your Amazing Grace.
A Truth Flowed:
In scripture,
Jesus said “I AM the Way.” What all does that mean? One thing is continued
consciousness, the creative presence that pulsates throughout the cosmos,
even into your personal daily life. He is always spontaneous, creating fresh things
new for your sake. At times, he seems a mystery to you because He is the same
but never the same. You may know him best in the intangible. He is here, not
out there. If you bury Him, he will stay buried. If you resurrect Him, he will
linger with you. The earth and people are tangible. Human love is tangible. But
the mystery is God’s love is tangible and intangible. More blessed is the one
who walks by faith in the Lord, who
works to keep the way blameless, who seeks Christ with all the heart, mind,
soul, and body.
Prayer: Oh Lord, help me to rid
myself of every unkindness and unloving part of my nature.
And the Spirit said:
To know HOW to
practice Jesus as present gives power and strength you need to endure this
world's struggles. Whatever prayers get answered, whatever healing takes place,
whatever miracles you claim, whatever confusion you face----the most
significant event is still the time you spend with Christ, in His presence,
aware that you are a joint heir in the kingdom because you remain part of the
family. Stay aware by raising your alert ability and know Christ daily. Pay
attention to the silences. Alertness follows consent.
Prayer: Lord, thank you, for reminding
me that in every occasion, you are quietly here.
Heavenly Father’s love penetrates all realms and all creation with divine knowledge; human awareness and knowledge fall short. You cannot know enough about heavenly Father, except through His Son. And that may take a lifetime. It may take years for you to understand just one of your days. Christ waits with the Father. There is still nothing the Father does not know about you, and He will reveal truth to you all he can. Keep learning by practicing unconditional love. His love is the best channel for any worthy knowledge.
Prayer: Lord, thank you, that the right love
can be learned with your help.
And the Spirit said:
Heavenly Father shows you constant mysteries, even in the salvation journey. The things of Christ keep spreading outward, escalating such that every idea and truth can become a new experience. Once you think you have hold of some truth, look again because Holy Spirit will inject new revelation. You can never get hold of all the Spirit. Freshness can be motivating, vibrating energy. Newness is linked with forgiveness and praise of the Father. Keep renewing your mind, body, and spirit. Focused thinking and hearing God’s word with action, must merge with constant attention that says, “Yes now!”
Prayer: Lord, renew every part of
me today with a fresh outlook at what you do in this world and the next.
The Spirit Reminded:
At times, you need to consider what difference it really makes that you call yourself Christian. One of the major variations of your life should be that you make a conscious effort daily to practice the Christ kind of other-centeredness, whether you benefit from the experience or not. When dealing with people who misunderstand you, just say, in Jesus’ name and continue to serve others the best you can. Do not defend yourself. Remember Christ is made strong through your weakness. Sometimes, when you gain strength through your weakness, Holy Spirit can do what seems God miracles. God’s peace shows loving faith at rest in Christ. Over time, mature unconditional love does not have to THINK of acting.....it just responds.
Prayer: Lord, help me respond with
your love as natural as breathing.
