Compassion blockers Sept.11
Compassion must start with other centeredness. Resentment, envy or coveting, anger or fear can throw up roadblocks to compassionate growth. Practice taking one day every week and do something nice for everyone you meet. Say a kind word; smile; compliment; do some good action and do not expect any thanks in return. Extend the action to two days. Stretch the days so your goal happens every weekday.
