Practice Breath                                               Feb.2

        Inhale the first part of My name, and then exhale the second half. Do this over and over.  Breathe Me. Je--sus. Do this to remember I am your way and peace. Use this when stress presses in or during anxiety issues.

 

Prayer: Lord, thank you for reminding me the power of your name.
