Difficulties
Grandad
used to say that reading difficult passages from the Bible was kind of like
eating fish. When he found a difficult verse he would treat it like a bone and
lay it aside. He
would say why choke on a bone when there was so much good meat ready for you.
Then he would comment that someday maybe a bone would provide him with sustenance.
