"You must practice shutting out your
taste, touch, sight, smell, and hearing to fully contact Me. Your body will
make noises and fight you on this. Try and go to a quiet place; close your eyes; shut
out all the noise you can and push your thoughts out beyond your surroundings. Let
your spirit soar away from physical connections. This, then, can become your
highest form of prayer. A large hole will open among the blackness when you
tear through the great rift between heaven and earth. Move in spirit through
the hole and linger in My presence.This is an earthly exercise, not some magic."
