Work Apr.29

 And Jesus said: 

"You need not force yourself to do My work. Your body should not force the Spirit. Rest in Me, be receptive enough to see My work, and then let your spirit bring the body along. I, your Christ, will give the occasions for any task. I am not a scorekeeper. The game stays already won. I am the Love-life that energizes the body. Let your spirit which is your essence and your soul that has the decision-making quality combine to influence your body for My kingdom."

Prayer: Lord, help me daily to keep my physical and spiritual in harmony with your Spirit.

When tired July 27

The Holy Spirit said:

       "The Father put forth creative energy to work its way throughout time. Energy flows through changes taking place over time. But then, the Father can work changes outside of earthly operating time by rearranging the distribution of energy without consuming it. Remember Moses and the burning bush.  Sometimes the energy may be light, sometimes music, sometimes innocence, sometimes art, life in a seed, a person, or some suffering. It is all around you. When you feel you cannot go any longer, tap into the energy by searching God and giving Him the credit."

Prayer: Lord, thank you for giving us added strength when most needed. Help us trust.

The Mystery of Silence July 26

The Holy Spirit said:

        "I am to tell you that the Father sometimes remains silent for several reasons. I am working other concerns in the kingdom of which you are still a part, but you cannot yet see the connections. Sometimes I have to appear disconnected. This may feel as if I break our link, but I’m still here. Instead of doubting and asking “Why, God?” in natural human pain or fear, make conscious effort and begin to ask “What?”  “What would you have me do today for your Kingdom’s sake?” Sometimes you still may have to wait through silence, but wait in active trust rather than doubt, however long it takes. Waiting in Me protects your heart.  Remember, anything feeding a lack of faith misses the Father’s intention."

Prayer: Oh Father, I truly want to do everything by faith with you.

No Regrets July 25

And the Spirit said:

        "Remember, last words should not embrace regrets of the past nor any guilt about your present circumstances. JESUS HAS COVERED IT ALL. The true last word shines in the resurrection. What is mortal will reach immortality, everlasting life. You already own eternity and it owns you. Any day, eternity can become a part of your everyday."

Prayer: Thank you Lord for the assurance that to live or die still is a win-win for all followers of Christ.

Science July 24

And the Spirit said:

"Look for and pay attention to discoveries in science that may affect your decision-making. You do not need fear science. Search to see how it should cooperate with Biblical truths. I am the original father of creative thinking. I am your Lord who made all natural things, technology included. Remember, I created science as well. All truth is mine."

Prayer: Help me to remember today that your truth can be found anywhere.

Moral Judgments July 23

And God said:

"Call to mind and remember sound Biblical principles every chance you get. You have decent intelligence the world may not have. You can use this intelligence to help others. If you will pay attention, the Spirit will give you heightened intellect for you to stay on track with values of the heavenly kingdom."

Prayer: Lord help all my reason be flavored with your Spirit.

An Action July 22

Holy Spirit said:

"Today, look to the counsel of a trustworthy friend. I am always your friend, but there are believers in your life who you may trust. Let them help you with a decision. Raise your alert ability. This may mean you watch for someone’s need; an opportunity will arise. A Kingdom principle will lead you. Spiritually prosperous are those who hear and do."

   Prayer: No matter how strange the situation, keep me aware of all people today and their communications

Cooperative knowledge July 19

Holy Spirit said:

"All insights of the Heavenly Father are invisible. You have a glimpse of the Father by knowing Me. As followers of the heavenly reflection of Kingdom, bound together, you experience strength in Me. All the collective knowledge, wisdom, and understanding becomes your energy for growth. I am the Way."

 Prayer: Lord, I do not always understand the significant power of true believers who bond together. Help me in this endeavor.

Gentle Guidance July 18

And the Spirit said:

"My task waits to guide you without overriding you. I will lead you and allow you to develop your own personality at the same time. Though I lead, you may have your own initiative. My directions always lead to your self-choices. For instance, I will make you more alert and aware of My hidden principles. The world cannot understand the hidden truths. The Spirit will show you. These truths remain invisible."

Prayer: Lord, help me filter my decisions through your will and fully accept your will.

Endure July 17

And Jesus said:

"Never forget that you rest in Me. You live in Me, and I give you the Spirit to live in you. Through your self-talk, communicate with the Holy Spirit on everything. I am who I am."

 Prayer: Lord, remind me today to turn to you with every detail of my life.

What Hope? July 16

And The Spirit said:

"The passion of some clueless opposition can pull you away from the true hope of the Heavenly Father’s Path. Remember, if you are in Christ, even trouble produces endurance, endurance produces character, and your tested character produces hope. Look around you and give those in need some expression of hope. Watch for that beauty around you."

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for the extra hope that comes from you. I know that in our secret place no harm can come.

Raw Honesty July 15

The Holy Spirit reminded"

"A straight word is like a waxing, rising moon. A twisted word is like a waning, declining moon. Thus, a lie goes into the darkness. The lie tries to damage the light. The truth goes into light. Commit to a ruthless self-honesty. Commit to the integrity of your word. Spread light."

Prayer: It is so easy to let the little lies go. Help me to stay fully alert and block even the small untruths.

Focused Love July 13

And Jesus said: 

"I am your Lord and constant companion. Learn to love Me with every aspect of your person:

All your heart. I want your affection.

All your soul. I want your willingness.

All your mind. I want your intellect.

All your strength. I want your physical condition.

All your spirit. I want your essence."

       

Prayer: Lord, at times I lack love. Teach me more love as I follow you.

Harshness July 12

Holy Spirit reminder:

 "Harshness does not help others to correct themselves in any permanent way because they won’t remember any positive lesson only the harshness. On the other hand, they remember kindness. Offer kindness, even to those who do not deserve it."

Prayer: Lord help me today to control the tone of my voice to sound kind instead of harsh.

Significant Faith July 11

And the Spirit said:

"Faith is still too significant and priceless to sacrifice upon the altar of any intellectual exercise of future guessing. Trying to know the future short circuits your faith. You do not want to guess the future in order to know how to live. Pursue Faith in Me; know Me and you have the foundation of faith. Do not rest your faith in Me for only an immediate deliverance. But rest your faith in the unbending love of the Heavenly Father. I will deliver what you need on time."

Prayer: Heavenly Father, increase my faith to have more Faith.

Be a friend July 9

 And Jesus said:

"Today and each day, show the audacity to be friendly to everyone you meet, through every action. Your friendly faith can become infectious to others. Remember, I am the Divine Mercy.

Prayer: Please remind me today, when I’m irritable, of your gracious mercy.      

Too self focused July 8

      Holy Spirit reminded:

"When you are sad, you may be focusing too much on the Self. Go do something for someone. When you help dig them out of trouble, the hole that remains can become a grave for you to bury your own sorrows. Love for others will outlive hurt. The main motivation of love moves you to give, and then give some more."

 Prayer: Thank you Lord that your Love is greater than the Self. Help me pay attention.
