The Spirit said:
"Place yourself in
a quiet situation. Look deep within. Shut out the world. Grip your hands or do
something to avoid sleeping. My Spirit voice will speak to you if you
take the time to listen. I am not reluctant. I want to speak to you."
Prayer:
Lord, help me shut out useless self-talk
and truly hear.
