Try something for
one day. You may or may not see results. Every time you meet someone, in the
quiet of your mind, send a prayer to the person. Do this with every person you meet,
store clerk, family member, worker, anyone. Just pray at them, like “Lord, help
that person” or “give her strength”, or “in Jesus’ name peace”. Just say
whatever you feel impressed to say. Do it a whole day and then, you might want
to extend it longer. With this, you are practicing Christ’s presence.
Prayer: Lord, remind me to keep praying for any I see.
