And the Lord said:
"Remember,
a time for talk always presents itself, but there is still a time for
stillness. Make yourself acknowledge Me. Be still and know Me. The Holy Spirit
will help you listen your way into new feelings. Even when it seems like
nothing tangible comes through, know that I am here. Peace and rest I give you.
Receive the gift. As uncomfortable as it seems, keep practicing and flow with the
silence."
Prayer: Lord I pray for my own peace, for those
around me and for parts of the world where it is so needed
