And the Spirit taught:
"You must practice shutting out your taste, touch, sight, smell, and
hearing to fully contact Me. Your body will make noises and fight you on this.
Go to a quiet place; close your eyes; shut out all the noise you can and throw
your thoughts out beyond this world. Let your spirit soar away from physical
connections. A small opening can happen among the blackness when you tear
through the great rift between heaven and earth. Move in spirit through the
hole and linger in My presence. This, then, can become your highest form of
prayer."

thank you for continually teaching me ways to form better connection with you.
