Sad words are written in John 6:66 that from a
certain time many of the followers of Jesus turned back and no longer followed him.
Scripture indicates they returned to their old associations. Because of their
dropping out, they missed many blessings. More blessed are those who endure and
continue to follow God’s kingdom path because they will possess the Kingdom
riches.
Prayer:
Lord, increase my perseverance, so I may
endure whatever comes my way.
