Place yourself in a quiet situation. Look deep
within. Shut out the world. Grip your hands or do something to avoid sleeping. The
voice of the Holy Spirit will speak to you if you take time to listen. God is
not reluctant. He wants to speak to you.
Prayer:
Lord, help me shut out useless self-talk
and truly hear you.
