Ichabod
In folklore, Ichabod Crane was a mythical person. He
had trouble with a beautiful girl, a headless horseman, and was never heard
from again.
There was a REAL Ichabod in 1Samuel 4:21.
He was the son of Phinehas at a time when the arc of God [verse 17] had been
stolen.
The name Ichabod name means "the glory of
the Lord had left Israel".
When God gets stolen from the center of
a person’s life, God’s glorious presence gets blocked.
